Off the tap at their downtown Santa Fe location this beer was a cloudy, banana-yellow color. The head was white, one-finger thick, displayed modest retention and left scattered lacing. The aroma was mostly floral hops, citrus hops and some fruity alcohol esters. The flavors were at first all citrus, orange and grapefruit with a pleasant sweetness. This then became more floral hops and pale malt that ended on a dry wheat-heavy finish. The body was medium, the carbonation perfect and the mouthfeel semi-creamy and slightly tart. The higher alcohol for the style was well-hidden too, yum!
