According to the menu, all the ingredients are organic and hops are all from New Mexico.
a: This was a clear ruby/coppery color. It was served to me with a short, light tan head.
s: Strange combination of sweet raisins, orange zest, and a little too much solventy heat.
t: Up front, flavors of coriander, brown sugar, and wet grains. The finish brings boozy raisins, which I really liked. There seems to be a hole in the middle though, where nothing much happens.
m: This had a very nice, silky body and long lasting creamy carbonation.
d: This tasted like a combination Belgian Strong Dark and Winter Warmer. I liked the flavors and they all worked well together, but the heat was a little too strong.
