A sort of barley wine done in the “sMasH” fassion or “single-malt-and-single-hop.” Triple Dee uses premium English floor-malted barley Maris Otter and the single hop is the familiar Northwestern hop Willamette. These two ingredients are the cornerstone of the Dee Series and provide a wonderful distinct biscuity maltiness and pleasant herbal/spicy hop flavor and aroma. 49 IBU
