L - pours black, with a 2 inch mocha head. Seems a touch thin on the pour
S - Dark roasted malts with hints of cocoa and vanilla
T - Creamy roast with vanilla and toasted almonds. A touch astringent and bitter on the finish
F - fine carb with creamy texture
Overall a solid brew. Worth a try if you see it as it is interesting, and well made; nothing spectacular, but a really good, classic imperial stout with good mouthfeel and soft bitterness
Edit - as it warms I am getting more coffee and bitter chocolate on the nose. bumping that up .25

This was a pleasant surprise. Deep color, big bold malt aroma with some sublet notes of hops. Flavor was complex and balanced (80 BU's on label). Mouth feel was silky. Will buy two more and cellar one.
