From what their server said, this is the pelican pale ale double fermented in casks, although she never did explain where the maple part came from.
Came out a decend light amber/copper color with some good head, but almost no lacing. Nice scent, slighly hoppy, but really nothing was in the nose, surprising for a bigger beer. Good taste, slightly floral, but I got nothing of its aging. Goes down fine. I actually prefered the pelican.
