On-tap at Alcatraz (Orange)

A: The pour is a clear yellow/straw color with a fluffy white head that dies away before too long.

S: Smells like a glorified macro lager. A touch of bread and earthy hops are the only redeeming factors. There is a lot of corn and a touch of skunk, though, in case you were in need of those.

T: Tastes like a glorified a macro lager as well. Mostly corn and rice flavor with a mild grain and bread character. Not really too much, if anything, in terms of hop character.

M: The body is quite light with a moderate to high level of carbonation.

D: Good for the power chugger in all of us. Not much that I really enjoyed about drinking this beer.

I had this one on tap at the Alcatraz location in Anaheim. Headed over here after a day at Disney (it's less than 10 minutes).

Poured a medium and see through golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of mainly graininess with some lighter malts. Tastes of the same graininess and it had a lighter spicy finish. Overall a rather boring beer but not 'offensive'.
