On-tap at Alcatraz (Orange)
A: The pour is a clear golden amber color with a thin layer of white foam.
S: The nose was fairly typical for a steam beer. Toffee, some caramel, and a light floral hoppiness. Nothing "wowing", but sufficient.
T: Much like the nose, the flavor was average. A sweet caramel and toffee maltiness with an ever so slight bitterness and hop flavor.
M: The body was light to medium with a moderate level of carbonation.
D: Nothing really stood out about this beer, but nothing terrible to say about it either. It was just sort of bland, but easy to take down.

Another seasonal selection on-tap at the brewpub in Orange, CA.
After finishing the Annihilator Doppelbock, I was looking for something to contrast the sweetness with my meal. I asked for their hoppiest beer, and this was it.
Golden yellow color with a white head. Foasm qauickly shrunk away leaving no lace. Aroma of toffee and floral hops, but both were very minimal. More flowery hops in the first sip, but not alot of bitterness to follow up. Clean taste, no real dominant flavors (good or bad). Light body, easy to drink.
