This beer caught me off guard as the "smoked" brown smells and taste smoky. Many beers advertise a name like this and fail to meet expectations, this beer is spot on. As it takes me a while to get used to unique beers like this, I would only drink this beer in limited quantities and try to pair it with food. My best description is this beer tastes like the smells of cooking barbeque, if that makes any sense. Overall a good but truly unique beer. Appearance is dark, smells smoky, taste just like a smoky, dark beer, mouthfeel is unique and would take some getting used to but I think the taste influences the feel...
