This is a Belgian Style wit utilizing cherry, peach, apricot extracts. This beer was poured from a 32oz. growler that I had filled a couple days ago. This fruit laden wit pours a light to medium bodied bright gold with nice cloudiness and a one finger bright white head. The head dissipated within a minute or so to lace the rim of my glass. The aromas consist of a nice fruit cocktail. I initially get a nice pineapple juice aroma paired with grapes, strawberries, peach, and cream. It reminds me of Creamsavers candies. The flavors are a nice blended juice cocktail of sorts with a pleasant creaminess. The fruits are soft and integrate well with the base witbier. The pineapple juice flavor is what I consider the most dominant, along with sweet peaches. It is very flavorful and tastes great. The aftertaste is superb and it finishes in a creamy manner. This beer was a pleasant surprise. I expected a solid wit but this one is very drinkable, especially on a hot day. I could also seeing this as being another bier that my girlfriend could enjoy. As far as fruity wits go, this one is top notch!
