Bier Brewery

This is a single hop American IPA using Apollo hops. I picked this growler up a couple days ago. This beer pours a nice and mellow orange gold in color with a light white lacing around the glass. It instantly gives off aromas of clean and crisp Apollo hops with both light and subtle citrus and piny notes. I detect an ever so slight amount of Belgian yeast (typical of their other beers). It tastes of light hops with an ever so light Belgian tinge. It's pretty well integrated and solid for the style. It drinks dry and features a moderate amount of bitterness. It's really starting to dry out my palate. Overall it's a solid beer from Bier and their first IPA that I've enjoyed. Good work by Bier.
