Light straw color. Medium, semi-sweet spiced i.e. clove/allspice aroma. Quite light in flavor and body, a bit of sweet spices and a bit of light toasted malt and nearly no hop bite.

Interesting milky body, orange highlights, with some mild lacing. Smell is quiet, yeasty dinner rolls. The flavor is more nuanced, following the nose with rich bread notes, a hint of banana, bubble gum, and a spritz of citrus. Feel is pillowy and soft. Very nice.

Sessie is a slightly creamy pale ale with a nice golden color and smooth finish. I think it is closely related to Bier Brewery's Brussels Blonde in taste, but with a little more grab on the tongue. Overall the taste is good alone but not overpowering when paired with multiple food options.

grabbed at the brewery yesterday and poured cold form the growler a cloudy straw gold to a sun king shaped pint glass with a full finger, relatively short lasting, big bubbled, white head leaving a ring of spotty, sticky lace after each sip.
aroma of yeast rolls and a bit of citrus in the way back.
bready, subtle belgian style yeast, subtle hints of bubblegum and citrus(?).
medium bodied, toothy, a substantial mouthfeel for a session style ale, very nice, subtle sweet.
overall - very interesting style, not quite a pale, not quite a belgian. as close to big bodied as a session ale is going to get.
