This Wit beer is good. I would describe this beer as the classic light beer one would expect from a micro-brewery. The finish of this beer came off as slightly dull, just slightly. I would still recommend this to the casual beer drinker as the first beer to try at your first visit to a brewery, gives you a feel for the great differences a microbrew offers.

Styled like a Belgian Wit, this beer has a soft taste on the tip of the tongue and grows as it fills your mouth. Brewed with coriander, orange peels, lemons peels and chamomile, each sip grows and changes but the citrus taste is low and always constant.
The color is 3.7 on the SRM scale, which is a little more golden than light colored wits I have seen, probably due to what was brewed with the beer.
I've had this beer multiple times, first time was when someone brought a growler over and other times off the tap in the tap room. The more you drink it, the more you pick up the nuances and begin to appreciate it.

grabbed at the brewery this afternoon.
poured cold and aggressively from the growler a semi translucent straw gold to a foothills 12oz pilsner with a nice, white, long lasting, foamy head leaving spotty lace to the rim after each sip.
aroma of yeast rolls and a bit of citrus, maybe orange peel.
subtle yeast up front, tangy citrus, spice in the wayback.
medium bodied, pretty toothy for the style, big carbonation, tangy to the palate, no bitter.
overall - very refreshing, tasty, interesting wit. not your everyday wheat.
