I will start by saying I don't know beers like many other on this site, so I am rating as a beer fan who just loves the different styles of beer. This Blonde is by far my favorite. A very light, subtle beer that starts and finishes smooth. Probably my favorite Blonde I have ever had. For those men looking for an enjoyable beer that women will also like, this is your solution! Great job Bier and a must try!

The first time I had Brussels Blonde was in a local tap room. I hadn't heard of Bier Brewery then, but it sounded interested and I was curious to try.
This beer is so smooth yet flavorful that it actually gave me tingles.
The styling is the same as Sessie.. coloring too as if they could be siblings both golden but the Blonde is darker, richer look. This one is also little more hoppy with an IBU of 15.3 but it is blended perfectly, not super bitter.
To me, it has a creamy vanilla-ness flavor to it with a wow factor. Perfect alone or I could even see pairing it with a dessert.
On a sidenote: Brussels Blonde actually has a ABV of 6.0%

This growler was filled this past Friday. This Belgian Blonde pours a light bodied bright honey gold in color with a two finger, soapy white head. The aromas are pretty bland. You get don't get much more than pale malts and ever so slight Belgian yeast. The flavor profile is pretty simple. You get some yeast, light banana, maybe some cloves, perhaps some light citrus, and slightly sweet pale malts. It drinks very, very light in body and is quite sessionable. All in all, it is what it is. It's a pretty standard Belgian pale and one that you could drink a lot of.

grabbed at the brewery a couple days ago.
poured super cold from the growler a translucent copper to a foothills 12oz pilsner with a small bubbled, fluffy white head with nice retention leaving spotty lace after each sip.
aroma of citrus and lemon rind with a bit of bread in the wayback.
sweet malts, tangy citrus, lemon rind.
light bodied, sweet, refreshing, dry finish.
overall - very refreshing, super drinkable, nice example of style.
