grabbed at the brewery a couple weeks ago and poured cold form the growler a crisp, clear, translucent light copper to a 12oz foothills brewing pilsner, with a full two finger, foamy, big bubbled head leaving spotty lace after each sip.
aroma of buttery melted brown sugar and roasted, candied almonds.
big and bready up front, roasty malts, pumpkin(?), and cinnamon.
light bodied, smooth and sweet, medium carbonation, dry finish.
overall - very nice example of style, enjoyable, drinkable, crisp drinking on a fall day.
