On tap at the brewery on 7/13; filled up a bullet and poured on 7/15 into a Bier Brewery belgian snifter (this review is from the 32oz bullet).
Pours a hazy golden orange without a lot of head (probably lost some carbonation over the last 2 days), it's sort of the color of a dried apricot with a good deal of cloudiness - undoubtably from the dry hopping. I was told this was all caliente hops, which I'm unfamiliar with, but the nose is a blend of caramel, cherries, honey, candied orange, starfruit, and a hint of ginger. Taste is a nice balance of biscuits with honey and a tropical citrus and ginger. It's a little bit thick and chewy for such a hot day, but I could see this being a really nice fall APA around here. Definitely glad I snagged the mini growler, and I'd pick this up again if I were in NE Indy - it's a pretty classy midwest take on the style and the showcasing of a somewhat obscure hop is always worth checking out. Recommended.
