On tap at Scotty's Brewhouse in Indy. Served in a nonic pint glass.
Look- A very dark gold with a generous finger of creamy white foam. It settles rather slowly revealing thick lacing.
Smell- Onion, spicy/floral some pine and malt.
Taste- Grapefruit, pine and floral notes followed by a thick malt backbone.
Feel- Starts creamy and easy drinking with a pronounced hop bite in the finish.
Overall- A decent easy drinking IPA that's reminiscent of something I may have drank 15-20 years ago. In other words, very old school. It was good enough to wash down the pulled pork sliders I had here.

This beer was a surprise! Great flavor and very drinkable. Can see myself having a few of these on a hot summer day! Not too hoppy, just right. I like the malt note on the finish. Next trip to Indy I will have to try this one again.

Not a bad IPA by any means, but just very light and more of a session tasting IPA. This is their flagship beer at their brewery so I think it is more aimed at the everyday beer drinker, rather than someone with a developed palate of IPA's. It is very cool, at the brewery they use this beer to make their homemade pretzels and pizza dough.
