Poured a very nice deep brown with very nice head and a bit of decent lacing. Great scent, very malty and thick with a wonderful sweetness and nice zingy hoppiness at the end. Great thick malt flavors, a wonderful ent draught with slight chocolate tones that became more pronounced as it warmed up; the galaxy hops at the end were great (I'd never had them in a brown before that I know of), adding a very nice citrus bitterness at the end that complimented the sweet and thick malts. It went down entirely too smoothly, since it clocks in at 7.5% ABV. A great beer.
