"Tu me manques" is how the French would say "I miss you." but translates to "You are missing from me." This French Farmhouse Style beer was made with 80 gal of fresh Tart Cherry juice. We think you might find this delicious beer missing from yourself. Consider taking a growler to go.

Pours a cloudy pink grapefruit with a fizzy white head that ebbs quickly then it's gone.
Smells like hay, horse blanket, mild black pepper and a fruit medley of overripe peach, apricot and guava.
Tasting picks up yeast, lemony sour and funk then ends with a nice 'Saison' bite and sweet pink grapefruit. Tastes kinda like a pink grapefruit Fizze.
Smooth, medium body and juz 'nuf carbonation. Slakes the thirst. Funk lingers in the nose.
Interesting what the tart cherry juice does when blending with this saison. Fully enjoyed this Biere de Garde by Haymarket.
