Sessionable hoppy red ale brewed by our GM Janna! Dark crystal malts combined with Citra and Mosaic hops and dry-hopped with more Mosaic. Ruby red ale with loads of hop aroma and flavor that makes you want to dance!

I'm trying this at the brewery in the Haymarket area of Chicago. It poured a clear amber with thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of caramel malt. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with a nice hop presence through the drink. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a solid beer.

I had high hopes with the mosaic and Citra hop bills. Not a bad beer by any stretch, but it didn't blow me away. Not quite as good as Nugget Nectar, which is my high water mark for the style
