Draft at Haymarket, served in a small snifter.
Hazy orange, thin layer of foam, spotty lace around the edges.
Pungent hoppy citrus aroma, some depth behind it from the grain bill.
Taste is grapefruit citrus and lingering peppery spice from the Belgian yeast, though it's toned down thankfully. White pepper, bready malt and grainy rye, grapefruit peel. Medium bodied and smooth, pretty easy to drink. Would have had another if time had allowed.
