We brewed our all Vienna malt pale ale with Centennial hops instead of our usual Hull Melon. This was brewed for the Best Brew Challenge, organized by the malt producer Best Maltz from Heidelberg, Germany.

9/19/18 (Chicago): $4 16 ounce draft pour into pint glass at Haymarket Brewery. Light clear blond pour, nominal white lacing and light carbonation. Very light hops aroma and taste. Dry, crisp clean mouth feel. Overall decent pour and nice price.
