Light copper colored with a fingernail of eggshell white around the rim and covering the majority of the top. Light malt and peppery saison yeast. I taste very pronounced earthy and peppery Belgian saison yeast. The mouth is crisp and moderately carbonated.

I'm trying this beer at Haymarket in downtown Chicago. It poured a clear golden with no head and no lace. The scent had melon fruit and spice notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with field spice flare and slightly bitter citrus finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
