Brewed for the first time last year for the birth of Eric's daughter JoJo. Her priorities have changed though, from tummy time to walking. It's brewed with lactose & oats, and then double dry-hopped with Amarillo and Cascade!

I'm trying this beer at Haymarket in downtown Chicago. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had faint potpourri notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle fruit and floral presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
