Had on tap. Feel like for far too long HM has been flying under the radar again. This is fun yet applies some of their greatest techniques with how there is a gentle yet first earthy tone setting up the barley and rustic oak, to meet the bourbon, molasses, dark fruit, caramel, vanilla, and chocolate. This is true in both smell and taste, complex. I am convinced if this was fremont on the label people would be going gaga, reminds me of their work. Feel is rustic in the backing but has the sweet maltiness, sharp barley and barrel to play with
