Murky reddish orange, thin cap of foam that leaves a little bit of spotty lacing. Hazy clarity, dark in the center and transparent at its edges. Deep orange Wispy skim haunts the surface, otherwise the foam is reduced to a thin ring at the edge.

Tropical juicyfruit hops, cantaloupe, a resiny hop presence both lush and citrusy. Later on the fruitiness fades and some pale malt surfaces. Fresh and clean aroma, fruity but not sweet.

Cantaloupe and mild grapefruit, leafy green hops and orange zest. Lightly bitter tea, somewhat dry finish. Wet greenery, grassy. Crusty bread, pale malt and honey in the middle. Low to medium carbonation lends to a supple feel. Slight touch of alcohol as it warms. Nicely balanced DIPA, less sweet and slightly more bitter than Mathias and Agitator.

A - A golden colored beer that was a bit darker than their regular IPA. Decent head that had a ton of stick to the sides.

S - Very dank, warrior hops really dank this one up. Lot of grapefruit and rind on the nose with some resin.

T - Taste is pretty good if the more grapefruity and dank IPAs are your thing. A definite double, as the alcohol is slightly more noticable than in the Peace Frog. Not bad.

M - Creamy, moderate carbonation, just enough bite.

O - A solid beer, another pretty good one from Haymarket.

On-tap at Haymarket, served in a taster... The body is a dark honey gold with tons of orange throughout, really like the color, would be great if filtered. A light white head forms a solid ring, ok lacing... The aroma has tons of grapefruits, rind, and is pretty danky. Interesting and nicely understated... The taste shows of lots or oranges with a smooth grapefruit finish. The hops are present throughout but integrated and don't take over like a lot dipas. Another good one worth trying.
