The beer is hazy and straw-yellow and capped with a thin white film. Light fruity yeast notes and very mild pepper-clove spiciness mark this brew. Lemon verbena is also noted, but vaguely. Very easy drinking, but unspectacular. Reminds me of a Wit as much as a BPA.

On-tap at the brewpub. 4oz taster.
A - Looks nearly identical to the Lonely Single. A finger of white foam that settles to a thin ring, leaving behind splotchy lace and a touch of wispy haze. Lightly hazed straw body.
S - Light Belgian yeast, faint lemony hops, a bit of grain character.
T - Similar to the nose. Very clean, somewhat watery, and ultimately boring.
M - Goes down easy, with Belgian-style zesty carbonation. Body is a bit too watery, even with the low alcohol.
D - Crushable session beer, but there are more flavorful offerings with similar alcohol content. The definition of average.

A: Hazy golden in color with good head retention and bone white foam.
S: citrusy in aroma. Slightly grainy.
T: hops were the most prominent in nose middle and rear and but a dry grainy quality as well.
M: Bitterness was puckering due to the lack of sweet malts to reinforce it, though this style doesnt call for that in any way.
D: Not my favorite but the hophead in me kept me satisfied.
