I've had this twice - at Haymarket and the day before at Craft Day Afternoon. Served in stage-like taster glasses both times.
A - Finger of off-white foam settles to glass-coating lace and a partial cap. The body is a hazed pale golden color.
S - Belgian yeast, spicy esters, peppery notes, some bready malt character, and light zesty hops. Doesn't really scream IPA here as the hop character is quite subtle.
T - Tastes a bit sweeter, with some biscuit malts. Belgian yeast imparts fruity notes of peaches and pears. Again, it's not very hoppy other than some medium residual bitterness. Alcohol is expertly hidden though.
M - Medium-light body, lower carbonation than I expected for the style, and a dry crisp finish. No obvious alcohol.
D - I liked this a lot better than Marisol, but this wasn't what I was expecting from the name. A nice Belgian Strong Pale with some light citrus notes.
