Our assistant Brewer, David, who's dreamy like Bieber, lovingly steeped pounds of chamomile flowers and sourced amazing raw honey from Heritage Prairie Farm in La Fox, IL to make this light and refreshing beer for all to enjoy.

Very pale clear gold color. A little foam, slight lacing hangs around the glass. I really didn't detect a lot of the tea that's supposed to be in it, but I get a bit of yeast. Tastes of bitter herbs, very grainy, with no malt in the middle to speak of, yet finishes with a bitter flavor. Not much in the way of body, almost watery in it's mouthfeel.

Overall, glad I tasted it, but I won't look for it again.

Bright straw gold, perfectly clear. Carb trails rising from the sides. Slim puffy cap of white foam. Appears to be a beer.

Smells vaguely herbal like chamomile, it's fairly yeasty and lagery somehow.

Bitter herbals, chamomile, wet grain, mild bitterness. Weak bodied, coarse and somewhat astringent. Crisp and biting feel. Not something i'd revisit personally, hope this was some kind of in-joke with the brewers.

On-tap at Haymarket. Served in a 4oz taster glass.

A - Thick white foam settles to a solid cap, leaving behind splotchy lacework. Transparent golden body.

S - Smells like a generic pale wheat beer, with a light tea note and minimal honey presence.

T - Taste is pretty similar. Generic pale wheat ale, with a bit of vanilla, and some honey sweetness in the finish.

M - Smooth medium body, lower carbonation, no alcohol, and a fairly dry finish. Not as grainy as many wheat ales I've had.

D - Might be nice for craft beer n00bs, but I can't find any reason to recommend this to anyone else. Other than the ridiculous name it was thoroughly unmemorable and only served to distract me from Haymarket's stronger offerings.
