Hopped and dry hopped with all Centennial hops. This hop is the classic 'American' hop from the Pacific Northwest and was cool before Amarillo, Simcoe and Citra were born. Huge citrus and bright notes of orange peel.

I'm truing this at the brewery in the Haymarket area of Chicago. It poured a clear yellow with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of bitter hop. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with lemon citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a decent beer.

On-tap at Haymarket. Served in a 4oz taster glass.
A - Slightly hazed dark golden body. A finger of white foam settles to a near-complete cap, leaving glass-coating lace behind.
S - A hefty dose of orange and sugary malts imparts a Creamsicle-esque vibe to this beer. There's a bit of peel and pith, but this is on the sweeter and more balanced side of things. Aroma is a tad understated compared to Aleister and Lizzie's.
T - Taste is again heavy on orange peel - sweet at the outset, bitter in the finish. There's a solid amount of backing sugar cookie malt, and moderate residual bitterness. Reminds me a little of Two-Hearted.
M - Smooth medium body, lower carbonation, with a slightly stick finish. Not as dry as Aleister but plenty resinous. Again, no alcohol but I wasn't expecting any at only 6.5%.
D - Nice IPA and one of Haymarket's better hoppy offerings, but it was the weakest of the three new ones. Pete is kicking it 'old school' here with the single-hop Centennial, but it's still a very nice hop.
