If you stick your feet in it, your feet will get cold! This light bodied, crisp pale ale is brewed with the four "C's." Chinook, Crystal, Cascade and Centennial. Designed to be a session beer for those long waits at the alter. Easy drinking yet aromatic and flavorful.

On-tap at Haymarket. Served in a 4oz taster glass.
A - Light tan foam settles to a thin cap, leaving splotchy lace behind. Lightly hazed dark golden orange body.
S - Floral hops, some citrus, zesty, with earthy and spicy rye notes.
T - The taste has more of a lemon zest and pine vibe. Malt is a mix of spicy rye and neutral bready flavors. Medium-light bitterness in the finish.
M - Medium body, with moderate carbonation. Finishes fairly dry. No obvious alcohol present.
D - A fairly enjoyable Rye Pale with an old-school hop bill. Nothing spectacular here, but easy to drink and pretty enjoyable. I'd like to see this one make a return in the future.

A: half finger head with some lacing on a hazy pale golden body.
S: musty almost wet sock hop aroma with undertones of wood and citrus.
T: very nicely balanced with malts and hops working together well. Hops provide earthy and slightly metallic notes without being too sour. The rye and breads are actually noticeable whereas many of these rye beers don't have much bread quality.
M: medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall: very drinkable and balanced but the flavors are weak. Still not a bad brew I just feel it isn't very memorable.
