Brewed with pilsen malt and a touch of wheat, this classic German Ale is the brainchild of our own Steve Mosqueda. Fermented colder like a lager but with ale yeast, this straw colored crisp ale has a slight fruity note, a touch of maltiness and is extremely drinkable.

This was an excellent kolsch.
Appearance was good but not too impressive, straw gold with a small white head soon thinning to a foamy ring, wisps, tiny bit of lace.
Aroma was fruity apple and grain.
Taste was the standout quality, nice juicy apple, zesty grain, firm yeastiness, hint of herbal hop bitterness.
