Opaque golden orange, looks like pulpy peach juice with a thin frothy head.
Aroma is pleasant and peachy, natural and juicy, some wheaty undertones.
Taste has a light tartness with a fully juicy white peach flavor.
Smooth and creamy, wheaty with the feel of lightly pulpy OJ.
Overall a great batch, really enjoyed this one.

Served from tap in a taster glass at the brewpub.
Bachelor Party-Palooza 2014 (Part 1) continues with a peach-driven wit. Right on. It pours a hazy pale sunrise brass topped by a finger of white foam. The nose comprises peach, coriander, mild orange peel, and a touch of cracked wheat. The taste brings in more of the same, the sweet peach melding rather well with the coriander. The body is fairly light, with a light moderate carbonation and a kinda ethereal feel, making the nice flavors unfortunately somewhat transitory on the tongue. Overall, a nice wit, one I kinda wish was a bit fuller, so that I could enjoy the flavor combinations more.
