On tap at Intuition and 32oz growler
Very straight forward American IPA with hints of barrel. Would have preferred to have more barrel flavor but would definitely drink again.

IPA Day 2014. I had to get an IPA today, so I decided intuition was the place to go.
This is rail spur aged for 2 years(?) in bourbon barrels, then blended with fresh I-10.
Correct me if I'm wrong*
Ap - Brilliant light amber, gold color body. There was a small, quickly receding head that settled to a film and minuscule ring around the edges. Extremely scattered lace.
Ar - Sweet, malty bourbon notes up front. A touch of oak and dank hops late.
T - Similar to the nose in that you definitely get the bourbon and oak and malt up front. The hops have definitely faded, but you get a nice dank, orange/pineapple bitterness through the blending of the young IPA.
M - Smooth, almost cask-like. This could have a touch more carbonation, but that's nitpicking.
