Amber aged in barrels that previous had their RIS in it:
Poured a nice deep amber. The smell confused me. I picked up a funky wild note that really overtook the nose, almost lacto-like. The taste continued that path of confusion...some barrel notes combining with a red ale and a little funk. Didn't quite work for me.

A dark reddish-brown, clear body is clear with a decent head.
The aroma is moderately complex and a bit odd; it reflects the barrel aging rather than the underlying base amber ale.
Flavor: too much barrel flavor and too much funky wild yeast flavor. .
