Time to shore up a terrible predecessor of a review. First had this in Sep 2020, saved like 2 of the 6 pack for early summer 2021 too.
Pours a light amber color that is a shade or two SRM darker than your average gose. 1/3" white head. The aroma very much pops grapefruit, wheat and a mild salinity and coriander quotient. Didn't notice anything else from the spice rack.
Taste was nice. Sheldon was a big fan. Plenty of grapefruit going on here firmly planting itself as a good fruit fit for the gose style. The coriander is bigger than the salt, but it really comes out with that nice citrus sour smack in the mouth feel. Not overly acidic despite a hearty grapefruit addition. Lots of flavor for a low abv beer, this is my jam. Its not overly sour, mildly so and fitting for style. If you're one of those people who likes grapefruit and salt, check this out, you'll dig it.
These are fun to drink down by the river. They're all gone now, but even almost a year later, they held up well and tasted nice.

Worst sour beer I've ever had. Tastes like they brewed a regular ale and just added grapefruit extract. The beer is not sour just really bitter from the grapefruit.

12oz can into IPA glassware
Look: A medium gold, hazy, good head with great retention, decent lacing
Smell: A hard hit of coriander, light wheat and pilsner grains, slight salty citrus, buried hops.
Taste: Tart saltiness, lemony, grapefruity, sour, after taste is like a receding wheatiness. Gets less sour as you drink. No hopiness. Malty on the back end.
Overall: A good beer. Would buy again and it is the only beer that I have found that my girlfriend enjoys. Thanks Intuition Aleworks!
