Single finger head with nice lacing on a yellowish golden with amber hues body. Citrus and earthy aroma though a weak aroma. Flavor is mostly hops and floral notes, fairly typical centennial hopped aroma however this one also had a spicy kick to the finish. Moderate to high carbonation and medium body. Standard centennial hop IPA, not bad but also not very memorable.

Pint glass served at the brewery. This single-hop beer was created for the 2011 Amer. Craft Beer Week.

A - a hazy medium amber beer with a creamy bone head that had good retention.

The aroma is rather subtle for the style, and rather simple (Centen. hops). Taste is also mild for style, but there is detectable malt with the hops. Has a fine malt-tinged hoppy finish.

M - hop tingle over a near crisp feel. Medium body.

O - low flavor for style. More like an English IPA (excepting, of course, the selected hop variety).
