A: single finger tan head with excellent retention lots of lacing. Very dark. No light getting through.
S: light roast and chocolate. This is the weakest aspect of this brew.
T: very roasted with a brown sugar sweet finish which is perfect well transitioned. Some coffee as well.
M: medium to full body and moderate to high carbonation.
Overall: this is a very drinkable rye. Its the better of the two ryes I have had from intuition.
