A: no head, some lace, pours amber golden and murky.
S: light on the aroma. Some malt, little else
T: spicey , peppery and yeasty. Caramel malt with earthy and fruity notes.
M: medium body and moderate carbonation.
Overall: the beer isn't bad however not up to par for the genre being too spicey and zesty

A - poured with a small head of white foam on a hazy, deep golden body. The head dissipates quickly and leaves little lace.
S - spicy wheat and yeast with a bit of bubblegum and clove.
T - smoky clove up front with some tangy wheat. Some more intense phenols in the middle and clove that lingers in the finish. Moderate bitterness in the finish and lingering peppery yeast.
M - medium thick body, moderately high carbonation, and a somewhat dry finish.
D - way too much phenolic character for my taste. it gets to the point of becoming smoky in the finish and just pushes everything else out.

This was a decent beer, that is almost too high in ABV to be a BPA but too low to be a Strong pale ale.
The color is a dark amber, with a spare head, not much lacing, the beer was filtered in my book that is a semi no no for a true in the style of belgain. But the bar was dark so who cares.
Decent nose to it, very faint belgain yeast, to be honest it is so faint I call this a hard one to detect. So I am taking the brewers word since he is calling it a BPA. Hops were also very light and that is too style so I liked that. Very light alcohol for 6.3, again I was drinking on a empty stomach and I did not get much kick from it so i kind of doubt the 6.3. anyway not much in the nose, some yeast, some sweet candy and some malt about it.
Decent tasting beer, good balance, Semi sweet. Well rounded flavor profile. The yeast is very faint, malt is semi sweet, some prune/date sugar taste in it.
medium body , creamy, soft carbonation
overall decent beer had 2 so its easy to drink. One of his better beers, but nothing outstanding really.
