12 oz 2016 can.
Pours essentially black with a large tan head that soon reduces but maintains a full coat. The head is fairly dense so the beer captures a good likeness to a Guinness.
Medium-full body with spot on soft carbonation.
Rich dark roasted grain flavor with some Euro-hop bitterness and herbal hop flavors. Slightly dank.

L- Dark dark brown almost black stout, with a small fizzy head that hugs the side of the glass.
S-Syrup/molasses, roasted hops and then nothing much else. Faint sweet smell that follows the roasted hops, not molasses though. Boozy scent towards the end.
T-Follows the nose with the molasses and the roasted hops. A bite of bitterness.Fizzy carbonation at the end kind of shields the pallet of this beer. Overall pretty dull with the exception of positive flavors.
MF-Fizzy and dry mouthfeel.
O- Good, not great stout. This beer is super unknown. If you have it around I'd give it a try. Its not horrible.
