I'm trying this at my Bestie's in Charlotte. It poured a clear yellow with no head and no lace. The scent had hints of lime. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a lawn mower special.

Billed as a more sessionable version of Farmer Ted's Cream Ale and with a hint of lime, the specialty ale debuts at Asheville Beer Week 2016 with an affinity for warm weather and a mission to quench the thirst.
TED Light Lime pours pale straw like many a lager or light ale. A foamy cream settles on top and breams with freshly kilned grain, faint baking bread, mild cereal and a waft of lime that brings the aromas together. As the cream ale flavor shines first on the palate, its bready, cereal and mild corn character is soft and brisk with an overall fresh pleasant sweetness.
As the ale trends dry and pilsner-like, the citrus flare of lime begins to rise. Slightly bitter, slightly sour and eye-opening bright- the lime additions take command of the taste but doesn't overwhelm. Often the corn flavors and cream textures of the American classic ale can prove distracting to the modern craft beer drinker, the beer's lighter and drier taste with the lime complement keeps the corn character at bay.
Light, crisp and highly refreshing, the beer uses pacific northwest hops for a heightened citrus taste of orange, grapefruit and undeniable lime for a taste that easily quenches the thirst or begs for fish taccos in a lunch setting. A swift aftertaste of corn gives a near-wheat taste and texture briefly as the lime bounces from the finish.
