A: The beer is slightly hazy yellowish amber in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a thin off white head that died down, leaving a thin collar and coating of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste is dominated by flavors of sourness.
M: It feels a bit shy of medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation along with a slight amount of dryness.
O: I enjoyed this saison because it had nice amounts of sourness but still had some refreshing dryness of a farmhouse ale.
