Amber color, lively carbonation. Aroma is sweet, malty, like a loaf of the bread meets beer. Taste was similar,a bit sweet, first taste reminded of rootbeer at first. Once it warmed the depth of flavor came out and was a very enjoyable beer. It became less sweet and the grain and malt came forward. I would have this again

12 oz bottle. Pours amber white head and lively carbonation. Aroma is of yeast, bready malt and sour apples. Body is medium and crisp. Taste is of bready malt, caramel, ripe fruit and hint of herbal hops. Finish is long and semi-dry. Drinkable brew.

Satisfying Rye Wheat Beer with stellar bright notes that are sweet and belgian in character.
A: Appropriately hazy, strawberry-copper color. Finger of head dissipated to quickly to minimal lacing and a white ring.
S: Mineral. With banana, esters, spicy rye grains.
T: Best part. Yeasty, HefeWeizen, spicy rye, with nice balance bite and bitter-sweet finish.
F: Medium carbonation and weight, good feel, not cloying.
O: Brewer now brews in Belmar NJ, ground central for Jersey Shore, joining Kane, Triumph, Carton, FlyingFish as Jersey crafters.

-Very hazy, strawberry-banana like color. Finger of head dissipated to minimal lace ring
-Banana, estery, spicy grains
-Yeasty, hefe-like, rye a bit on the end adds some bite, then sweet finish
-Medium carbonation, easy drinking, not cloying on the sweetish finish
Would buy again, but rather a spring type beer than myself first seeing bottles this winter.
