On tap in a pint glass at a classic Jersey Shore dive bar.
Pale gold color with a thin firm white cap. Hearty rings of lacing,
Almost devoid of aroma, even when warming, except for a note of honey sweets.
It has citrus and pale malt flavors. Some grapefruit, very dry biscuit.
Feel is pretty good thanks to malt body. Tart and hoppy, quite dry. No alcohol burn.
100 ibu and 4% abv make an unusual combo, but it works here. Not perfect, but drinkable flavors for a light IPA.
