On-tap at Devilicious and served in its own branded shaker pint, on to the beer:
An inch of head sits above this highlighter yellow ale, while the head retains solidly and leaves some lacing. The aroma is kolsch-like, with hay, and light fruit getting my nose's attention. This kolsch is on the right path of the real thing, and hay and a pale malt base, plus a kiss of green apple keeps things rolling. With a light body, slightly creamy texture, and modest bubbles, Ketch of the Day is one of those beers that was brewed to be a lunchtime beer.

Clear yellow gold with billows of fine-grained white head in the Stella Artois goblet. Clouds of carbonation. The mouthfeel is rich and tangy and aromatic.
Starts with an understated flavor of the typical perfumey business. Then the sweet and grainy malt is quite delicious. Then the surprise is the pleasant bitter tang that makes this all come together in a very refined way.
One of the better American interpretations of the Kölsch style. One of the best-made brews from Coronado, come to think of it. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at The Market in Anacortes
