On tap at Stone.
A: Dark amber with a large off white head, great retention, scattered lacing. Nice vibrant color and good clarity.
S: Toasted malt with caramel and light bread notes. No fruit. No alcohol. Malt forward with no real hop presence.
T: Lightly toasted malt with some subtle bread notes. Low bitterness, no evident alcohol or traces of fruit. Light sweetness that is short lived. Some caramel is present. Clean toasted finish.
M: Upper light bodied. Good carbonation. Dry, crisp mouthfeel.
Overall: A smooth, straight forward, and enjoyable Oktoberfest.
