A-dark Smokey brown with a great head that sticks around
S-lots of smoke and very little burbon
T-onslaught of smoke and bourbon. It almost melds into a bacon after taste.
M-medium body and smooth
O-very nice treat. Don know how much I would have outside this glass, but its very nice

A: The pour is a dark brown color with an off-white head sitting on top.
S: Definitely shows off the smoke, and there is some of the usual saltiness that I get from smoked beers. That said, there is some depth to the nose and there is a nice toast, bread, and toffee character.
T: The flavor is fairly smokey as well, but it also has some complexity and treats the smoke as a complementary flavor. Toasted bread, slight caramel, and some toffee. A little bit of vanilla, but not much in the way of bourbon.
M: Medium in body and medium in carbonation.
O: Nicely balanced smoked beer. One of the better smoked beers I've come across.
