On tap at Stone Oakquinox 2011 in a snifter.

A: Deep brown with a subtle auburn tinge. Head is frothy and light brown.

S: Rich milk and dark chocolate with a healthy dose of brown sugar and vanilla. Light oak and a touch of oxidation. Nice strong bourbon profile.

T: Lightly oxidized brown sugar and dark chocolate. A decent booze heat. Booze is stronger in the end as well. Powerful bourbon throughout and a little vanilla. Sweet overall with a brown sugar bourbon vanilla finish.

M: Full in body with upper low carbonation. Mouthfeel is sticky, smooth, and silky.

Overall: Great beer from Coronado. One of the standouts at the fest.
