Pours a hazy cream orange with 2 plus fingers of foamy head that slowly settles to a thin cap with some lacing. Aroma of grapefruit and citrus. Taste follows nose.

A fine looking beer with translucent yellow haze, no visible solids, huge (3-finger) white creamy head of very long duration in my modified perfect pint glass with carbonation initiation grid. Powerful grapefruit smell upon opening and pouring but the great experience dies off upon drinking it. The taste is somewhat more bitter than a typical hazy and is overtly grapefruit rind dominant. Perhaps a touch of lemongrass, but definitely in your face grapefruit rind. Light to medium body, light to medium carbonation. Silky smooth mouthfeel.
