Good, solid regional IPA. Lots if pine, some citrus on finish. Named for a Cascade mountain, not the hop. Or the shuttle explosion.

I had this on-tap in a taster glass at the brewery.
Appearance: clear golden hue with a light effervescence and a nice layer of frothy ivory foam. Quite nice.
Smell: light earthy hop aroma with a bit of light toasty maltiness as a base. Not too bad.
Taste: quite earthy and herbal with a bit of caramel sweetness underneath. A reasonable IPA.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a great level of carbonation and creaminess. Texture is great.
Overall: this beer just doesn’t grab me. It’s got the hop character and bitterness requisite of the style, but I just can’t see drinking a lot of it.
