Our “Belgian Style Wit“ is unfiltered, crisp and refreshing, accented with orange peels and other spices. High in protein content, it’s naturally cloudy and best appreciated by those who like a refreshing wheat beer with a touch of spice character.

Sampled 11/28/2010 at the brewpub.
Pours clear(ish) yellow, white head, not much retention, plenty of lacing.
Aroma is orange, lemon, and coriander almost exlusively. Also a faint hint of banana.
Flavor is fairly lopsided. Mostly lemon and possibly some orange. If you look hard enough you can find some pepper, bitterness, sweet malt, and some of that coriander.
Body is light and effervescent. Drinkable.
